About me

I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2008 from Middle Tennessee State University. My focus was in Painting and Sculpture. In 2010 I returned to MTSU in order to receive a teaching certification in Visual Arts K-12. When time allows I continue to work and grow as an artist. I have a wide range of hobbies that consist of cycling, playing soccer, and ice hockey. I also love to repair cuckoo clocks and collect books. I consider myself an aficionado of J.R.R. Tolkien. I fell in love with his works when I was a child and that love compounds as the years go on. I live in Murfreesboro with my wonderful family: my wife Kelly, daughter Ellissa (23) and sons Greyson (12), Griffin (10) and daughter Adeline (8).
